Pearce’s Pastured Poultry at Hillside Farm is a father-daughter owned pasture-based farm in the Northeast Kingdom. Our turkeys are free-ranged and moved to new pastures frequently, fed GMO-free grain, and processed right here on the farm. Our turkeys are sold frozen, with the heart, livers, and neck packaged inside.

You will select your pickup location in the check out process. You will receive an order confirmation, and a reminder about a week before your scheduled pick up. Thank You!
This is a deposit for your turkey. For customers picking up direct from the Farm or at Capital City Farmers Market. Price will be $6.25/lb minus the $15.00 deposit. Payment at pickup may be made with cash, check, venmo, or card. Order adjustments will be possible as pickup dates approach, please email if you need to adjust or add to your order.
For customers picking up at The Genny Craftsbury or Bread & Butter Farm. Because we process on farm, VT state law requires payment to come directly to us, and not through our partner businesses. Please direct any questions about pickups or the turkey to us at hillsidefarmvt@gmail.com.

It is unlikely that we will have turkeys smaller than 12 lbs, but once the birds are harvested in October, I will add them as an option if there are any.

Pre-orders of Whole Fresh Chicken for the 2024 season are now closed, but you can still get chicken! Visit us at Capital City Farmers Market, or at our Farm Store! Our whole chickens are $5.25/lb.
We are at Capital City Farmers Market every Saturday 9 am to 1 pm at 133 State Street in Montpelier. Or visit the On Farm Store Wednesdays or Fridays 2-7pm or Saturdays or Sundays 10-2pm to stock up on frozen whole chickens, all chicken cuts, and all other farm products available!
